it begins!

it begins

the only way to train for a half marathon (or to get yourself to the gym at least once a week) is to buy a fancy mix a six of nice beer and label it with your goals. then each time they're met you get a special treat that was well earned!

as you can see from the above picture, i have signed up for another half marathon! chelsea and i will be running the dandelion run in may, wayyyy up in vermont. it's gonna be a blast! this beer marks my first met goal -- going to the gym. it's small, but after my last injury i need to take it slowly. by the by, this beer is wicked good.
